Bridal Artist Success Roadmap Coaching Program Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms By enrolling in the Bridal Artist Success Roadmap coaching program, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by The Bridal Artist Coach (the "Coach") as part of this program.

2. Program Overview The Bridal Artist Success Roadmap coaching program is designed to help bridal artists grow their businesses and achieve success in the bridal beauty field. The program includes online modules, all worksheets and pdf resources as well as one-on-one personalized coaching sessions via Google Meet or Zoom.

3. Payment Terms

Fees: The total cost of the program is $1079, payable in full (or $1290 total in installments) as agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
Payment Schedule: Payments are due according to the schedule provided during the enrollment process. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the coaching program, all payments are non-refundable. If you decide to discontinue the program, no refunds will be issued for any remaining sessions or resources.
4. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. The Coach agrees not to disclose any confidential information shared by the Client without the Client's consent, except as required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Participation: The Client agrees to actively participate in the coaching sessions and complete all assignments and exercises provided.
Commitment: The Client acknowledges that their success in the program depends on their commitment and effort. The Coach provides guidance and support but cannot guarantee specific results.
Communication: The Client agrees to communicate openly and honestly with the Coach and to notify the Coach promptly of any issues or concerns that may arise during the program.
6. Coach Responsibilities

Support: The Coach agrees to provide the services outlined in the program description to the best of their ability.
Professionalism: The Coach will conduct all sessions with professionalism and respect for the Client’s goals and challenges.
Availability: The Coach will be available for scheduled sessions and will provide reasonable notice if any sessions need to be rescheduled.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client-Initiated Cancellations: If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Coach-Initiated Cancellations: If the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they will provide as much notice as possible and will work with the Client to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
8. Intellectual Property All materials provided during the Bridal Artist Success Roadmap coaching program are the intellectual property of The Bridal Artist Coach. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent from the Coach.

9. Limitation of Liability The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the coaching services. The Client agrees that the Coach’s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the program.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin, USA.

11. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Coach regarding the Bridal Artist Success Roadmap coaching program. Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
